We are Koučing centar.
Founded by Jelena Pavlović, PhD, in 2013, we have grown into a premium regional consultancy for leading individual, team and organizational change.
Our approach to change is grounded in organizational research and a 10+ accumulated experience of partnering with the leading organizations in tech, manufacturing, finance, pharma, and more.
We have trained 1000+ coaches, many of whom became external consultants or coaches, some became internal coaches, while others started applying coaching skills in other domains.
