Our Mentoring and Performance Evaluation program provides the final essential bridge to your ICF ACC or PCC credentials, focusing on sharpening your coaching stance through real-world practice. Over a three-month journey, you will engage in 10 hours of mentor coaching—comprising 7 hours of collaborative group sessions and 3 hours of personalized 1:1 feedback, designed to align your skills with global ICF Core Competencies. As an accredited Level 1 and Level 2 provider, we conduct required Performance Evaluations in-house, reviewing your recorded sessions to ensure you meet the professional benchmarks for international certification.

To support our alumni in getting coaching experience, we organize regular weekly free peer to peer coaching sessions on our learning platform.
