Mentoring

Our Mentoring program provides the final essential bridge to your ICF ACC or PCC credentials, focusing on sharpening your coaching stance through real-world practice. Over a three-month journey, you will engage in 10 hours of mentor coaching—comprising 7 hours of collaborative group sessions and 3 hours of personalized 1:1 feedback, designed to align your skills with global ICF Core Competencies.

Peer to peer coaching & community

To support our alumni in getting coaching experience, we organize regular weekly free peer to peer coaching sessions on our learning platform.
