Koučing Centar is a coaching education and leadership development organization based in Belgrade, Serbia. We deliver professional coaching certification programs, corporate leadership development, and AI-enhanced learning solutions.

Koučing Centar is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business. We do not tolerate any form of forced labor, servitude, or human trafficking within our operations or supply chain.

We are a small organization with fewer than 10 employees and contractors based in Serbia. Our supply chain consists primarily of digital service providers (software platforms, cloud hosting), professional trainers and associates, and venue providers for in-person events. We assess our risk of exposure to modern slavery as low given the nature of our business (professional services and education) and the profile of our supply chain.

We ensure that all individuals working with us do so voluntarily and are fairly compensated. We maintain transparent employment and contractor relationships. We do not engage suppliers or partners where there is any indication of forced labor or exploitation. We are committed to reporting any concerns and taking corrective action if issues are identified.

This statement has been approved by Dr Jelena Pavlović, Founder and Managing Director, and will be reviewed and updated annually.
