What is mentoring
ICF mentor coaching is a collaborative journey designed to enhance your coaching capabilities. By partnering with a mentor coach, you receive tailored feedback on your coaching sessions, allowing for deep reflection and grow
Mentoring is more than feedback.
It's a process of inner alignment.
Of sharpening your stance.
Of making your coaching yours.
If you're on the path to ICF certification (ACC or PCC), this is where you go deeper.

What Is Performance Evaluation?
Your voice. Heard by coaches who speak your language.
When applying for an ICF credential, you’ll submit real coaching sessions that demonstrate how you embody the ICF Core Competencies. This is called a Performance Evaluation — a required step for ACC, PCC, and MCC.
It’s not an exam.
It’s a listening experience.
A mirror for your presence.
A benchmark for your growth.
Certified ICF assessors review your work and evaluate how your coaching reflects ICF standards.
At Koučing centar, we prepare you to step into this moment with clarity, confidence, and full support.
Performance evaluation format

Your Performance Evaluation Journey

Capture real, unedited coaching sessions (20–60 min) with clients. We’ll help you identify which recordings you submitted as part of the mentoring process best reflect your coaching presence.
Transcribe Your Session
Prepare a verbatim transcript with speaker labels and timestamps. Don’t worry — we’ll guide you with templates and examples.
Submit to Us
Send your audio file and transcript to Koučing centar. We are ICF Level 1 and Level 2 provider — your submission stays in-house and is reviewed by our certified assessors.
Performance Review
Your work is assessed against ICF Core Competencies and markers for ACC or PCC. Feedback is structured, clear, and actionable.
