Learn. Practice. Reflect.
This program is designed for experienced coaches who are ready to deepen their coaching stance, work confidently with complexity, and create meaningful impact in organizational settings.
Our ICF Level 2 pathway builds on foundational coach education and moves beyond techniques and models toward a more nuanced, reflective and transformative way of working.
You will deepen your ability to partner with clients at the level of identity, meaning, relationships and systems — while developing the maturity required for PCC-level coaching practice.
Constructivist coaching is grounded in the understanding that people do not simply react to reality — they actively construct meaning through experience, language, relationships, identity and context.
At Level 2, this perspective expands into organizational life.
The coach becomes a collaborative partner who helps leaders and professionals examine the assumptions and narratives shaping their actions, explore alternative perspectives, and create new possibilities for change.
The aim is not to give better advice.
It is to become better at creating the conditions in which deeper thinking, agency and change can emerge.
Explore coaching in environments where there is no single right answer. Learn how coaching supports leaders navigating complexity, experimentation and rapid change, and how the ICF Core Competencies come alive in uncertain organizational contexts.
Develop the confidence to work appropriately with wellbeing-related themes while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Explore the distinction between coaching and psychotherapy, referral decisions, contracting and the use of coaching competencies in conversations about resilience and sustainable performance.
Explore how technology is changing the coaching relationship. Work with remote and hybrid coaching environments, AI-supported practice and the opportunities and limitations of technology-mediated coaching. The focus remains on preserving presence, partnership and human agency.
Learn how coaching can create space for divergent thinking, experimentation and new possibilities. Explore techniques that help clients move beyond habitual frames and generate alternative ways of understanding and acting.
Learn to notice moments in which clients begin moving beyond dominant or problem-saturated narratives. Explore how coaches can recognize, deepen and amplify these emerging alternatives without imposing direction or meaning.
Develop greater awareness of difference, context, power and bias in coaching relationships. Explore how coaches can support inclusive leadership while remaining curious about their own assumptions and creating psychologically safe conversations.
Work with leaders who are responsible for making change happen. Explore resistance, commitment, accountability, competing narratives and the emotional experience of organizational transition. Practice coaching leaders to create clarity and agency without taking over responsibility for the change itself.
Learn to work with conflict as a source of information and potential transformation. Explore competing constructions of reality, perspective-taking, reframing and dialogue, and practice helping clients move from polarized positions toward new possibilities.
Level 2 is designed as an intensive cycle of learning, practice, feedback and reflection.
Practice advanced coaching conversations in a psychologically safe environment.
Work with observation, live feedback and our signature Stop-Coaching methodology to examine what is happening in the coaching process as it unfolds.
Continue practicing with other participants and members of the Koučing Centar community.
Weekly peer coaching gives you space to experiment, accumulate coaching experience and develop your individual coaching stance.
Use recordings, reflection and feedback to move beyond “performing competencies” toward understanding how you actually show up as a coach.
Work over a three-month mentoring journey with experienced ICF mentors.
The pathway includes 10 hours of mentor coaching — 7 group hours and 3 individual hours — focused on your real coaching practice and the ICF Core Competencies.
builds the foundations of professional coaching.
is where those foundations become integrated.
You move from asking:
“Am I applying the competency correctly?”
toward asking:
“What is happening here, between this client and me, and what does this conversation need now?”
That shift — from technique toward responsiveness, partnership and reflective maturity — lies at the heart of advanced coaching practice.
Our Level 2 program builds on previous coach-specific education to create a complete advanced coaching pathway.

Do I need Level 1 to enrol? Yes — ICF Level 1 or equivalent coach‑specific education of at least 60 hours, from any accredited provider. If you trained elsewhere, send us your certificate and we'll confirm eligibility.
What language is the retreat in? Serbian. Materials, peer practice and mentoring are available in both Serbian and English.
How do I get to PCC? 125 hours of coach education in total (your Level 1 plus this Level 2), 10 hours of mentor coaching, 500 hours of coaching experience, and the ICF credentialing exam. Reciprocal peer‑practice hours count toward your 500.
What if I don't have 500 hours yet? Most participants don't. The training is valid indefinitely — you complete Level 2 now, keep building hours through weekly peer practice and your own clients, and apply for PCC when you reach 500.
How much time should I plan beyond the three days? Asynchronous preparation before the retreat, then peer practice and mentoring over the following three months — roughly 2–3 hours a week.
Can my employer pay for the program? Yes. We invoice companies directly and provide an info pack you can forward to your manager or HR.
Is accommodation included? No — you book directly with hotel Izvor. Participants receive a group rate; details come with your reservation confirmation.
What if only online works for me? Let us know in your reservation — if there is enough interest, we open an online Level 2 cohort in summer.
Level 2 is not about collecting more techniques.
It is about becoming the kind of coach who can stay present when the conversation becomes complex, uncertain or deeply important.
If you already have the foundations and want to develop the depth, confidence and reflective maturity associated with advanced professional coaching, this is your next step.
