Learn. Practice. Reflect.
A triple‑accredited (ICF, EMCC, ISCP) coach training grounded in constructivist psychology, taught by psychologists, and built around real coaching practice from week one. Learn how to coach beyond techniques, by understanding how people construct meaning, identity and change.
Aspiring coaches seeking a world‑class foundation, leaders who want to empower their teams, HR and L&D professionals, and psychologists adding a credential. No prior coaching training required.
People do not simply react to an objective reality. They actively make meaning of their experience through their assumptions, relationships, language, culture and identity.
That changes the role of the coach.
A constructivist coach does not try to fix the client, prescribe the right answer or replace one story with another.
Instead, the coach helps clients:
Coaching techniques are useful. But techniques alone are not enough. The deeper skill is learning to stay curious when there is no obvious answer, to work with complexity without rushing to solve it, and to help another person create possibilities you could not have designed for them. That is the foundation of our approach to coaching.
60+ hours of accredited coach education (24 hours live training sessions). A complete learning pathway combining live training, asynchronous learning, coaching practice, reflection and mentoring.
Develop the foundations of one-to-one coaching and learn how the same principles evolve when working with groups and teams.
Use our AI-supported learning environment between sessions:
Practise regularly with other participants and alumni and continue developing your coaching after the formal program ends. Reciprocal peer-coaching hours can contribute toward your ICF coaching experience requirements.
Continue from education into the mentoring and preparation needed for the ACC credential pathway.
You receive:
Choose the learning experience that fits the way you work best.

An intensive, immersive version of the same curriculum.
Instead of spreading the core live training across several months, you step away from everyday work and spend three focused days learning, coaching, observing and reflecting with the same small group.
The retreat format creates space for deeper concentration, more immediate practice and stronger cohort connection — without the fragmentation of weekly learning.
What coaching is — and what it is not. Explore the boundaries between coaching and therapy, the role of the coach and the principles behind constructivist practice. Technique: Self-Characterization
Explore the ICF Core Competencies not simply as a checklist, but as ways of being with a client. Work with contracting, partnering, trust, presence and professional judgment. Includes an observed coaching session.
Learn practical constructivist tools for creating movement without prescribing solutions. Techniques include:
Move into the coach’s seat. Practise in pairs and small groups with structured observation and feedback.
Analyse coaching as it happens. Through our “stop-coaching” fishbowl format, the group pauses live practice to explore what the coach is noticing, choosing and doing — and what other possibilities are available.
Apply the learning to real coaching situations. Present your thinking, receive feedback and integrate the full module.
Explore the differences between individual, group and team coaching and learn how constructivist principles translate into multi-person systems.
Technique: Repertory Grid
Learn the foundations of team coaching, team coaching competencies and the Five Disciplines of value-creating teams.
Practise interventions designed for teams. Includes:
Design and simulate team coaching interventions in a supported learning environment.
Practise team coaching through our fishbowl “stop-coaching” methodology. Observe not only what the coach does, but the choices behind each intervention.
Integrate the full module through case analysis, application and feedback. Level 1 participants can continue directly into the Advanced Module of the Advanced Team Coaching Certification.
We do not believe people become coaches by listening to lectures about coaching. Each module follows a cycle of:
The goal is not simply to know what a competent coach should do. It is to develop your own professional way of being a coach.
