6 two-hour online sessions

Distinguish group coaching from team coaching. Navigate group dynamics with confidence. Learn to hold a coaching stance while facilitating teams. Apply systemic perspectives to understand how teams really work.

Advanced Team Coaching Practice

10 two-hour online sessions

Work with advanced team coaching models and high-performing team research. Tackle complex organizational scenarios. Coach real teams through simulations and live case work. Build the depth required for ICF AATC accreditation.

Certification path

This program builds on our ICF Level 1 diploma. Together, they form a complete path to ICF Advanced Team Coaching Accreditation.
