Dive into the comprehensive agenda for the Integrative Constructivist Team Coaching Certificate (ICTCC) 2026 program. Our live online sessions are designed to provide deep, practical learning, ensuring you gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. Each module is a powerful cycle of learning, practice, and reflection.

Key Learning Activities

Live Sessions:

Interactive and engaging online classes where you learn core principles and techniques from expert, credentialed trainers.

The Coaching Lab:

A two-part workshop where you step into the coach's role. Practice in safe, small breakout rooms and learn from live, "stop-coaching" fishbowl analysis with your peers.

Peer Coaching:

Engage in peer-to-peer sessions with fellow participants and program alumni to hone your skills and receive valuable feedback.

Reflective Practice:

Submit recorded sessions for assessment and receive detailed feedback from our trainers based on the ICF Core Competencies.
