Key Learning Activities
Live Sessions:
Interactive and engaging online classes where you learn core principles and techniques from expert, credentialed trainers.
The Coaching Lab:
A two-part workshop where you step into the coach's role. Practice in safe, small breakout rooms and learn from live, "stop-coaching" fishbowl analysis with your peers.
Peer Coaching:
Engage in peer-to-peer sessions with fellow participants and program alumni to hone your skills and receive valuable feedback.
Reflective Practice:
Submit recorded sessions for assessment and receive detailed feedback from our trainers based on the ICF Core Competencies.
