Coachia AI Suite is a collection of AI-powered coaching agents developed by Koučing Centar DOO Beograd, Serbia. Coachia is designed as a pedagogical tool for coaching education, built on constructivist learning principles. It provides structured practice environments where coaching students and professionals can develop their skills through AI-facilitated simulations and reflective exercises.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Coachia AI Suite. We are committed to transparency and to protecting your privacy.
2. Information We Collect
Coachia does not require login, registration, or any form of personal identification to use. All interactions with Coachia are anonymous.
When you use Coachia, the following information may be processed during your session:
- Text messages you type during your conversation with the AI agent
- AI-generated responses within your session
- Basic technical data required for the service to function (such as session identifiers)
We do not collect: your name, email address, IP address for identification purposes, location data, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information through Coachia.
3. How Your Data Is Processed
Coachia is built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Conversation data is processed in real time to generate AI responses. This processing occurs within the Microsoft Azure environment in accordance with Microsoft's data processing standards and security protocols.
Your conversation data is not used to train AI models. It is not reviewed by our staff. It is not shared with any third parties beyond the Microsoft Azure infrastructure required to operate the service.
4. Data Retention
Conversation data may be temporarily stored within the Microsoft Azure environment as part of standard service operations. We do not maintain long-term records of individual conversations. Session data is not linked to any personal identity, as no login or identification is required.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only infrastructure provider involved in processing your interactions is Microsoft Azure, which hosts the Copilot Studio environment. No other third parties have access to your conversation data.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Coachia does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Any cookies used are strictly functional, required for the technical operation of the service within the Microsoft Copilot Studio framework.
7. Children's Privacy
Coachia is designed for adult coaching professionals and coaching students. It is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your Rights
Because Coachia operates anonymously and does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions or concerns about your privacy, you are welcome to contact us.
