Become a Constructivist Coaching Expert in Organizational Settings
This program is designed for coaching professionals ready to deepen their expertise and make a powerful impact within organizational settings. Are you looking to move beyond traditional coaching approaches and embrace a transformative methodology? This ICF Level 2 program equips you with the advanced skills and tools to excel as a Constructivist coach in today's complex organizations.
In the Constructivist approach, the coach acts as a collaborative partner, guiding individuals and teams to explore alternative perspectives, surface internal contradictions, and create new possibilities for growth and change within the organizational context.

Module 2: Agile and Complexity Leadership Coaching
Explore how coaching and Agile align to manage complexity. Learn the role of coaching in Agile leadership and applying ICF competencies in an Agile environment through real-world examples and practice.
Module 3: Mental Wellbeing Coaching
Discover the role of coaching in enhancing mental wellbeing. Understand the distinction between coaching and psychotherapy and how to use ICF competencies to improve mental wellness. Includes practical sessions.
Module 4: Coaching in & for Remote & Hybrid Workplaces
Master coaching techniques for remote and hybrid teams. Learn the benefits, challenges, and how to apply ICF competencies effectively in these environments, with real-life examples and practice.
Module 5: Coaching for Creativity and Innovation
Explore the link between coaching, creativity, and innovation. Understand how creativity enhances the coaching process and how to apply ICF competencies to foster innovative thinking. Includes simulations and exercises.
Module 6: Growth Mindset & Coaching Mindset
Understand how growth mindset and coaching mindset work together. Learn why growth mindset matters for coaches and how it enhances coaching effectiveness. Explore ICF core competencies through simulations and practical applications.
Module 7: Leader as Coach
Explore the idea of coaching as a leadership style. Learn how coaching differentiates from other leadership approaches and how ICF competencies support leaders in coaching their teams effectively. Includes simulations and practice sessions.
Module 8: Diversity and Inclusion Coaching
Learn the key concepts of diversity, inclusion, and bias. Understand how coaching helps navigate these areas, supporting inclusive leadership. Apply ICF core competencies in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment through practical examples.
Module 9: Coaching for Change Leaders
Discover strategies for leading change through compliance vs. commitment, accountability, and resistance management. Learn how to coach leaders effectively during organizational change using ICF core competencies and real-world simulations.
Module 10: Conflict Coaching
Understand how coaching can reframe conflicts into growth opportunities. Learn practical techniques for resolving conflict in both individual and team settings by applying ICF core competencies. Includes simulations and practice sessions.

A two-part workshop where you step into the coach's role. Practice in safe, small breakout rooms and learn from live, "stop-coaching" fishbowl analysis with your peers.
Peer Coaching:
Engage in peer-to-peer sessions with fellow participants and program alumni to hone your skills and receive valuable feedback.
Reflective Practice:
Submit recorded sessions for assessment and receive detailed feedback from our trainers based on the ICF Core Competencies.
