Jugoslav Krstić

Jugoslav Krstić is Product Manager at Koučing centar. He joined Koučing centar at the critical moment of refocusing and digitalizing its coaching services during the pandemics in March 2020. His background in computer science and experience in managing developers’ teams in corporate settings brings Koučing centar a tech touch and edge in terms of strategizing the technology for our program delivery. His other background in quantitative finance and general business & startup acumen contributes to the visionining our future at Koučing centar as a L&D tech startup. His current job is to make sure our coaching and coach training clients experience seamless onboarding, hassle-free user experience on the learning platform and ongoing client support using technology. He is co-responsible for design and implementation of digital coaching tools. Even more importantly, his (not so far) future job is to make Koučing centar one of the key market player sin the field of automatized, affordable, high quality coaching and coach training.
