Jelena Pavlović

Jelena Pavlović is founder at Koučing centar. She founded Koučing centar with the idea to design and deliver coaching services and coach training, rooted in her in depth knowledge of applied psychology, psychotherapy and coaching. Her passion is design of coaching services, training and mentoring coaches and trainers, and providing a vision of what is the best blend of psychological approaches and tools we base our services on. She is responsible for science behind programs at Koučing centar. She is active as an academic(Assistant Professor of Organizational Development and Change, Department of Psychology, University of Belgrade) and author of a Routledge book “Coaching Psychology: Constructivist Approaches”. She serves as Advisory Board Member of International Society for Coaching Psychology and Associate Editor of Journal of Constructivist Psychology.
