Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma is an ICF accredited coach training program (ACSTH) that was developed to provide a range of tools, models and approaches to individual and team coaching, using simulations and feedback as the main source of learning. The program incorporates our lessons learn for ten years of training coaches and coaching skills for leaders in various industries.
The program provides valuable insights and skills for people involved in developing or leading individuals and teams. It is ideal for HR i L&D professionals, team leaders, scrum masters, project managers and consultants. Entry requirements: participants are expected to have experience in developing or leading people.
Program is delivered both in-person and online. When delivered online, the program brings a learning experience in real time, providing discussions, feedback and online simulations of the coaching process. The overall experience of the in-person and online program is very similar and the same certificate is issued regardless of the program delivery method. Analyzing own coaching cases (homework assignment) around ICF core competencies with trainer and participant feedback
Before the start of Module 3 written feedback in line with the ICF core competencies shared invidually for recordings of 2 peer coaching sessions and 1 real coaching session.

How does this program help me move towards my own ICF credential?
Graduates from our program may apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential or the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential using the ACSTH application path if they meet the credentialing application requirements. As an example, for ACC credential you would need this program plus:
- 10h of mentor coaching
- A minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience
- Audio recording and written transcript of one coaching session (uploaded to ICF for evaluation)
- Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) on the ICF platform.
We can guide you throughout the process of your application, provide mentor coaching hours and help you produce audio recordings which fit the ICF standards and competencies. We have made this program to be fast track, accessible and comfortable journey to your ICF credential.
